Not buried in the Wagner family plot with his parents and some of his siblings is Adolphus H. Wagner. Adolphus was the son of Emma Foertmeyer [1837 - 1894] and Stephen Wagner [1835 - 1873]. Buried with their parents are William S. Wagner, Bertha D. Wagner, Edwin Wagner, and H.A. Wagner. Not buried in this plot are sister Victoria and brother Charles. At this time I do not know where they are located, or if there might be any other siblings.

As to Adolphus, he married Mary Louise Wunder, a younger sister of Anna Wunder who was married to Adolphus's 1st cousin, William Louis Foertmeyer, born in 1861, the same year as was Adolphus.

Of further interest with this family is the fact that it was Adolphus's parents that housed my great grandfather Louis Foertmeyer, his nephew George Henry Foertmeyer, and Louis's future brother-in-law, Emil Mente, when they first arrived from Germany on the dampfschiff class ship Hammonia in 1861.
